As promised, this week is about continuing those great memories through the close of summer. Now my hubby loves marinades, so I’m guessing that other people do too.
Here’s a great marinade. And honestly! It just doesn’t get any easier than this one right here.
I recommend making this marinade ahead so that it has times to meld all the flavors together. This is a super easy marinade and can be used right after you put it together. But, I’m a patient person (lol most of the time), and figure the taste is more than worth the wait.
Balsamic Steak Marinade
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce (I use Lea & Perrin)
- 3 tbls Olive or Vegetable Oil
- 3 tbls Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Combine ingredients and refrigerate. In large, shallow non-aluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour marinade over steak (or other cut of beef choice); turn to coat.
Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove steak; discard marinade.
Grill or broil to desired doneness, brushing frequently with extra Worcestershire Sauce.
♥Helpful Hint
I have made extra marinade to be used as a brush on during grilling. Makes an excellent marinade with either Olive or Vegetable oil. (taste preference there)
HAPPY GRILLING!
